Domestic Shipping (for orders shipped within the United States)
Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders under $150 and free for orders over $150 to all destinations within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product page.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is 75% of total order value.
Standard shipping packages arrive within 3-7 business days. Heavier items may take longer, with delivery timeframes listed in both the product page and your cart.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii also take additional time.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
The Tot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
International Shipping and Returns
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders shipped outside the United States, unless the merchandise is defective. All international orders are final sale. For more information on international returns, please email email@example.com.
Domestic Returns and Refunds Policy (for orders shipped within the United States)
Thank you for shopping at The Tot. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us.
Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Products with a manufacturer’s warranty;
- Sale items;
- Breast pumps and toilet training merchandise;
- Products that have been personalized or made to your specifications;
- Exclusive collaborations;
- Large and heavy items as noted on the product page;
Products that are not returnable are clearly marked on the product page.
Products that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer.
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the products you would like to return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information. Please let us know if the item was a gift.
- Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your UPS prepaid return label and Return ID.
- Please enter your Return ID on the form below, and include with your return.
- Please print and attach the prepaid UPS label onto your shipping box and drop off at your nearest UPS location. You may also schedule a UPS pickup.
- You will be charged a restocking fee of $9.95 which will be deducted from your final refund amount once return is received.
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please complete the process outlined above. We will process your refund and you can complete a new order online for the replacement products.
We will refund the items returned less the original shipping fee charged and the restocking fee of $9.95.
Once your return is received it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, the original card holder will be refunded.
If you would like to receive credit for this return, please indicate this on the original returns email. You will receive a onetime credit for the amount of purchase (minus shipping and restocking fees). Credit is valid for 60 days.

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following states: New Jersey & Texas.
