Founded in 2005 by Romy Boesveldt and Ilya Yashkin, studio ROOF is a family run business that creates cardboard games and toys that embody the beauty of childhood, nature, people of the world, as well as art and craftsmanship. With imagination being the main motive behind their collections, their products are intended for all ages so that people around the world can tell and experience stories that inspire. In an effort to give back, the brand donates 5% of the proceeds of their People of the World collection to NGO Karm Marg in India. Karm Marg has been providing a nurturing home for children who cannot be looked after by their own parents for over twenty years.
