Just a month before she became pregnant with her first child 15 years ago, Sharon Oved’s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She was just 46 years old. This sudden health scare pushed home to Sharon the importance of her baby’s – and her own – health, when she fell pregnant soon after.
