Created by artist and designer Molly Goodall in 2010, Little Goodall was borne of Goodall’s frustration with her two-year-old’s refusal to wear the hoods in his coats. Looking for a solution that would be both practical and stylish, the designer (who has a background in childrenswear, toy design, and fine art) designed the original Ferocious Felt Lion coat to help inspire him to put his hood up in the cold. When her friends commented and began placing orders, Little Goodall was born! Molly is also the author of the creative sewing book Wild Things to Sew and Wear, published in 2014.
Super cozy in wool blend felt, lined in poly Sherpa. Lion features and mane appliqued to a classic pieced hat style which keeps little ears warm in the cold. Beautifully made and finished, with traditional dressmaking techniques and close attention to detail, the fully lined hat stays in place with a velcro adjustable chin strap that little ones can close themselves.
