The Tot Rewards Program has 3 tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum with additional rewards for our members. The higher your tier, the more benefits you receive.

VIP tiers work on an earning period of 12 months from when you reach a certain tier. You are able to move up a tier before the end of the 12 months if you reach the next spend threshold.
