Once you reach a minimum of 500 points, you can use your points at checkout to redeem your discounts.

Once you’re signed in and ready to check out, go to the cart page at thetot.com/cart/ where you’ll see a drop-down menu on the right with your points total. Select the reward you’d like to use and click “Apply”.

You can use as many rewards that are available to you in the one transaction. Discounts are not eligible for any shipping fees or taxes.

If you’re having trouble redeeming, make sure you’re signed in to your customer account prior to checking out and have at least 500 points.

If, after signing in, the drop-down doesn’t appear on your cart, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and use the drop-down menu to redeem your items.
