Prior to shipping your order, Borderfree our international shipping partner places an authorization hold on your account to secure your funds for purchase. Borderfree does not charge your credit card until they have shipped your order from our international distribution center.
In some cases, you may see a duplicate charge on your card but rest assured one of them is just the authorization that will drop off once the actual payment is charged when your order is shipped.
If the authorization hold is not automatically removed within five business days of your shipment being confirmed, please contact your bank and ask them to release the authorization hold.
As currency exchange rates fluctuate from day to day based on the global economy, we are unable to control the current exchange rate at the time each order is placed.
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree when your international order is shipped and your credit card statement will read “BF*THETOT where “BF” denotes the Borderfree network.
