When The Tot Founder, Nasiba Adilova, had her first child nearly five years ago, she set out on a mission to find him non-toxic, eco-friendly, and ethically made clothing. While on her search she realized just how hard it was to find everyday stylish essentials that were free from harmful flame-retardants and not churned out in an unethical way. Babies go through a lot of outfits in a day and having an arsenal of clothing can literally save the day. Inspired by her love of truly clean products (that are also insanely cute and photo-worthy,) Nasiba and the Tot Team dreamed up HART + LAND.

Exclusively available at The Tot, HART + LAND uses buttery soft organic pima cotton to produce 100% non-toxic clothing for infants and children in Peru. All of their dyes meet OEKO-Tex Standard 100 meaning they’re eco-friendly and free from harmful substances, which is particularly great for sensitive skin. Huge believers that fashion should be slow and not cost the earth, HART + LAND combines style, functionality and sustainability in an avant-garde and artisan way. Durable as well as comfortable, they can be passed from sibling to sibling or friend to friend.

No stranger to the world of fashion, Nasiba and The Tot Team collaborated with artists like Inslee Fariss and Loullou Baker to create exclusive prints that are taking the matching PJ world by storm, as well as onesies, shirts, swaddles, hats and pants that are ethically manufactured, sustainably produced and thoughtfully designed. But most of all – they feel out of this world soft and cozy on your skin.
