Rebecca Fraser-Thill
Developmental Psychology Instructor & Career Coach
Rebecca Fraser-Thill has been teaching Psychology at Bates College since 2003, where she focuses on developmental topics and parenting. She is particularly interested in identity development, especially vocational identity, and applies that interest as the Director of Faculty Engagement at the Bates Center for Purposeful Work and as an independent career coach. Her work has been featured in many outlets including Business Insider, BBC Radio 4, the Chicago Tribune, the New York Post, Dow Jones’ Moneyish, Optimal Living Daily, VeryWell and The Huffington Post. Rebecca holds a Masters in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University and lives with her two children and husband in a cheery yellow house in Maine.
